Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

If you would like to return the Back Transformer please follow these directions.

1. Returns must be within 7 days of delivery of your Back Transformer

2. Please email us at support@perfectore.com with your request for a return.

3. We will send you a return label to place on a USPS priority mailer.

4. Please email us to notify us that the return has been mailed.

5. Once we receive your return we will issue you your refund minus the cost of the return postage.

No returns or refunds for international orders.

• Remove cushion wipe with damp cloth.
• Hand wash with gentle soap.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• Air Dry.
• Insert the cushion when dry.

• Do not sleep in the device.
• Do not wear the device tight.
• Remove or loosen if uncomfortable.
• Keep away from small children.
• Maximum use 6 hours a day.
• Do not use if you are weak or ill.

The device is a wearable exercise system and should be followed exactly as instructed. Consult your physician or health care professional before performing this or any new exercise or exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, or if you are elderly, or if you have any chronic or recurring conditions. Any exercise program may result in injury. By voluntarily undertaking any exercise suggested in this booklet, you assume the risk of any resulting injury. All parts are modular and can be replaced if damaged or worn out. Please send us the damaged part and we will send you a replacement. Inappropriate or improper use of the product shall void the warranty.

The commercial invoice attached to the package for customs states a rate that is the minimum exemption for most countries. If by chance your country has a much lower
exemption for instance $1 we do not cover the duty. This may be the case with some countries.
